The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine is seeking applicants for full-time positions, both clinical and tenure track.  Positions range from Clinical Instructor, Assistant Professor to Professor. 

The Department is part of a growing School of Medicine with a vision for excellence and quality of care.  Construction has begun on the Missouri Orthopaedic Institute, a state-of-the-art, comprehensive facility for inpatients and outpatient care which will open in 2010.  Columbia, Missouri is a unique city, combining the quality and culture of larger metropolitan areas with the warm hospitality of the Midwest.

Applicants with a subspecialty interest of Foot & Ankle, General, Hand, Oncology, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Spine, Sports, Research, & Trauma are encouraged to apply.  All applicants must have completed fellowship training and be Board Certified or Board Eligible.  Excellence in patient care and resident teaching is expected.  Biomechanical and Basic Science research opportunities are available.
