Mason Eye Institute is open 8:00 - 5:00 Monday thru Friday and Tuesdays until 5:30, by appointment. Mason Eye Institute is an area leader in eye care with full coverage of ophthalmology sub-specialists including Mid-Missouri's only neuro-ophthalmologist, pediatric ophthalmologist and glaucoma specialists. We offer Refractive surgery and advanced diagnostic testing such as optical coherence tomography and corneal topography. Call 882-1506 for an eye care appointment.

Eye Institute East

Off-site clinic featuring four fully-equipped refracting lanes, a laser suite, equipment for ultrasonography, visual field testing, and visual electrophysiology diagnostic testing.

VA Hospital

Located across the street from the Mason Eye Clinic, features a complete eye clinic with three refracting lanes, a photo-angiography/perimetry area, an argon laser and A and B scan ultrasound. The VA Hospital provides a large portion of the residents' clinical and surgical experience, with more than 5,000 patients seen and 400 surgeries performed annually.

University Optical

A full-service optical shop located in the Mason Eye Institute in the lobby of the University Hospital.

University Optical features a complete line of fashion frames for eyeglasses and sunglasses, safety and sports eyewear, frames for babies and children, an on-site finishing lab, expertise in frame repair, contact lenses, and low vision aids.

University Optical hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
