Bin Ge, MD, MA
Statistician with Office of Research. Bin Ge, MD, MA is a Statistician in Office of Medical Research. She joined group in December 2002. Bin received her medical degree from China Medical University in 1988, a master’s degree in statistics from University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002.
Previously she has worked as an analyst in the Medical Statistics and Research Design Unit, the Department of Preventive Medicine and Public Health University of Kansas Medical Center for less than a year, worked as a Research Specialist at the Neuroscience Lab in the Department of Medical Science, School of Veterinary Medicine, University of Wisconsin-Madison for five years, worked as a Resident Physician in the Department of Internal Medicine in the Affiliated Center Hospital, Shenyang Medical College for four years.
She is familiar and experienced with both clinical and research setting. In the past several years as a statistician, she has been involving in various research projects, aspects from clinical trail to survey, etc., and is the co-author of many published papers in which she has contributed by not only conducting the statistical analyses but also helping on manuscript writing. Bin is currently a member of the American Statistical Association and is also a SAS certified Base Programmer Credential for SAS 9.
