APPLICATION INFORMATION FOR YEAR 2011-2112

Deadline: November 1, 2009 Invitations: Emailed by November 30, 2009 Interview Dates:

January 7, 2010

• Candidates arrive at 12 noon on the day of his/her interview.
• Lunch is served before the interviews.
• Individual interviews with faculty and first year residents start at 1:00 pm, ending approximately at 5:00 pm.
  
• After the interview session, residents and faculty host a social event. Transportation is provided.

January 8, 2010

• Candidates arrive by 8:00 am for breakfast.
  
• Interviews begin after breakfast and end by lunch.
  
• Lunch is provided.

• All applications must be processed in ERAS
  
• 3 Letters of recommendation

IMGA Students-Additional Requirements:

• J-1 Visa or H-1B Visa
  
• Full unrestricted medical license
