Creating the future through- the preparation of clinical practitioners and academic leaders in dermatology who practice in a variety of settings to achieve the highest level of dermatologic health in their chosen communities,
- the development and application of evidence-based knowledge to the provision of high quality, affordable dermatologic care for all members of society, and
- the education of dermatology residents, primary care residents, and medical students in a manner that encourages life-long learning and continuous professional development.
