University of Missouri-Columbia Sinclair School of Nursing is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Missouri Nurses Association, an accredited provider by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. 11.1 Credits will be awarded to all individuals who complete the evaluation form and are paid in full. Provider number 707-4.
The Missouri Board of Nursing Home Administrators has approved this conference for up to 9.75 clock hours: (2.5 Administrative and 7.25 Patient Care) towards relicensure of nursing home administrators.
Application has been made to the appropriate medical society for credits of interest to family physicians.
This program has been approved for a total possible of 10 credits toward certification/recertification as a Certified Medical Director (CMD). 4.75 credits have been designated as Clinical education and 8.25 hours have been designated Management education. The AMDA CMD program is administered by the American Medical Directors Certification Program. Each physician should claim only those hours actually spent on the activity
The University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Health Professions approves this activity for 13 contact hours. A certificate of completion will be provided and each health care professional will be responsible for presenting this certificate to their respective board for continuing education credit.
This program is being reviewed by the Continuing Education Committee of the Missouri Board of Pharmacy for credits.
The University of Missouri-Columbia School of Social Work, College of Human Environmental Sciences has approved this program for a total of 10 contact hours or 1 Continuous Education Units for social workers. There is an additional $10.00 cost for credit which must be submitted with the registration form.
This program is eligible for application for CME credits under Category 2-A of the American Osteopathic Association’s CME program.
Medical transcript: A transcript of completion will be mailed to conference participants who turn in an evaluation and are paid in full. A transcript will be mailed approximately four weeks after the conference. If you are not paid in full, your transcript will be mailed to you upon receipt of payment.
