PAYMENT METHODS
Fees may be paid by cash, check, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. The check should be made payable to the University of Missouri-Columbia. To pay by credit card, please fill out the appropriate section of the registration form and sign where indicated, or online via secure server.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
If you register but cannot attend, you may substitute another individual from your organization. A substitution must be made in writing and submitted to the CME Office.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
A full refund of fees will be made if notice of cancellation is received, in writing, by Friday, June 6, 2008. A $50.00 administrative fee will be assessed for all notices received after Friday, June 6, 2008
