Conference Hotel -- The newly renovated Hilton Kansas City Airport hotel is located less than 3 miles south of Kansas City International Airport in Missouri. Reservations -- Reservations can be made by calling the hotel direct, 816/891-8900, ask for reservations. The room rate single or double is $109 per night plus applicable state and local taxes.  When making reservations provide the following group rate code: PNEH (Priester Natl. Ext. Health Conference). Individual reservations must be made no later than March 20, 2007 to receive this rate. A credit card number or 1 nights advance deposit will be required to secure a room.  Reservations after that date can be made by calling the Group Reservations Department; rooms and rates will be based on availability. An early departure fee of $75 will be charged in the event that you check out prior to your reserved check-out date.  This fee can be avoided by informing the hotel at or before check-in of your need to check-out earlier than anticipated. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival or 1 night room and tax will be assessed.
